Back in November 2023, Sicilia Retail Park in Misterbianco, Catania, Italy, reached full occupancy with the opening of a 4,800 sqm Decathlon store and the letting of a 900 sqm unit to Italian fashion brand Falconeri.

Among the asset management and leasing initiatives carried out by Pradera at the Sicilian retail park over the last year and a half are the reduction of the unit occupied by Euronics, which generated additional GLA to accommodate the relocation of Piazza Italia, and the relocation of Spaccio Calzedonia Intimissimi Tezenis to a wider unit, which in turn freed up space to welcome Falconeri.
