This year’s Italian Council of Shopping Centre’s (CNCC) Summer Event took place in Milan on Thursday, June 22^nd. Main focus of the event was digital innovation and how it is transforming customer experience and the retail industry as a whole.  CNCC Italy Awards were held on the same day and saw 56 projects compete in nine different categories related to customer service initiatives.

Pradera-managed Sedici Pini Shopping Centre in Pomezia, Rome, was presented with an award in the “Low Budget” category for their “Sedici Comics” marketing event that ran over two consecutive years in 2022 and in 2023. On both occasions, Sedici Pini hosted comic book shops, drawing schools and cosplayers impersonating characters from popular comics, which drew significant additional footfall to the popular shopping centre destination.
