Pradera Lateral appoints Russell Loveland as Director of UK Asset Management

Shopping centre and retail park fund investment and asset management specialist Pradera Lateral has announced the appointment of Russell Loveland as Director of UK Asset Management.  Russell joins from Landsec and will commence his new role in late summer.

With over twenty-five years’ experience in retail property, Russell brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Senior Portfolio Director at Landsec where he oversaw the company’s shopping centre, retail parks and leisure portfolio, including Westgate, Oxford and St David’s, Cardiff.  Prior to this, Russell was a Senior Asset Manager at Lend Lease where he was responsible for the asset management of Bluewater, one of the UK’s leading regional shopping centres.

Pradera and its UK joint venture, Pradera Lateral, currently manage a retail property portfolio of more than £2.7 billion, comprising 54 assets across Europe and the UK, including large shopping centres and retail parks in nine different countries. Pradera Lateral is headquartered in London with a second office in Manchester.
