Over the course of 2023, we have made significant progress against our ESG targets, including our commitment to Net Zero for our corporate activities and our active discretionary funds.

We also secured two ISO 50001 accreditations for the Turkish and UK assets, achieved top GRESB ranking and five green stars for our PERP portfolio, obtained our first LEED Gold certification and increased the number of our BREEAM In-Use certifications.
