Pradera confirms the sale of retail property Äppelallee-Center in Wiesbaden, on behalf of Pradera Open Ended Retail Fund (POERF), to a fund managed by redos Group. Pradera acts as asset manager for POERF, the German Spezialfonds, with IntReal as Fund Manager. Tanja Bubeck, recently promoted to the role of Head of Germany at Pradera, comments “We are very pleased to sell Äppelallee-Center at an attractive price for the Fund considering the currently challenging market for retail investment”.
