Pradera has maintained its top ranking for the third year running within its GRESB peer groups of the core European retail warehouse sector for the performance of its Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp fund (‘PERP’) in the 2024 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (‘GRESB’) real estate assessment.

With a score of 91 points, the result was above the GRESB benchmark-wide average score of 76 points and its peer group average of 68 points, and is a one point uplift from 90 points in 2023. This result represents a major improvement from PERP’s first GRESB Real Estate Assessment, which recorded 40 points post-acquisition in 2018.
