The Pradera leasing team in Italy has reached a significant milestone towards the re-launch of Rondò dei Pini Shopping Centre (Monza, Milan) with the opening of a 500 sqm Pepco store.  Pradera Management Italy has been managing the asset since February 2022.

With a wide range of budget-friendly clothing, homeware and accessories, the fast-growing retailer has contributed to an increase in footfall of over 15% during its first three days of trading.

Pepco greatly complements the current retail offer at Rondò dei Pini which includes H&M, Cotton & Silk, Billox, US Fashion, Scarpe & Scarpe, Terranova, OVS and DentalPro, and will soon be joined by a new anchor retailer in the months to come.
