Sporting goods giant Decathlon and upmarket cashmere clothing retailer Falconieri complete the retail offer at Parco Sicilia retail park in Misterbianco, Catania, Italy, which is now fully let.

Over the past 18 months, Pradera has carried out substantial asset management initiatives at the Sicilian retail destination belonging to Pradera European Retail Fund, including tenants relocations which generated an additional lettable area of 1,000 sqm.

Stefano Viciguerra, Joint Head of Italy, says “With the opening of Decathlon and Falconeri, Parco Sicilia has reached full occupancy;  we now have six fashion retailers, the biggest DIY store in Sicily and Decathlon to complete the merchandising mix. The new brands further increase the attractiveness of the Misterbianco retail complex, which is the key regional retail destination and one of the top performing in southern Italy”.
