Obtaining BREEAM In-Use certification in the Asset Performance category for FIAT’s iconic former car factory which celebrated its 100^th birthday last year, hasn’t been without its challenges. Our team identified and implemented energy efficiency, water conservation and waste management programmes, and invested in the health and wellbeing of local communities.

Pradera first revealed the extensively renovated and freshly rebranded Lingotto Shopping Centre to the public in 2020, following a €20 million sympathetic refurbishment and extension project. More recently, the creation of a 4,000 sqm new food court and the transformation of Lingotto’s legendary rooftop test track into Europe’s largest rooftop garden containing over 40,000 indigenous plants completed our vision for this remarkable building.
