Upholstered sofas and armchairs brand Poltronesofa’ opened a substantial new store spanning nearly 1,400 sqm at Champéa Shopping on 11 November 2023.

The popular Italian manufacturer and retailer represents the fourth new tenant for the French retail park in 2023, joining Easy Cash, H&H and Maison de la Literie Prestige which opened during the course of the year.

Champéa Shopping is a 26,063 sqm retail park belonging to the Pradera European Retail Parks (PERP) fund, which was launched by Pradera in 2017 following the acquisition of a portfolio of 18 properties from IKEA.
