Homepark Targówek, Franowo, Janki, and Rawa have reinforced their positions as leading retail destinations in their regions. Through new store openings, lease extensions with key tenants, and significant infrastructure upgrades, the Homeparks offer customers diverse shopping options while providing tenants with ideal conditions for business growth.
Homepark Targówek: A Key Shopping Hub in Warsaw
In September 2024, Homepark Targówek welcomed the Jawor-Parkiet showroom (228 sqm), enhancing its offerings for customers seeking interior furnishing products. Existing partnerships with major tenants, including TK MAXX, RTV EURO AGD, KLER, and Demoprojekt, were also extended, covering over 6,000 sqm of retail space. With a comprehensive range of stores and regular themed events, the centre attracts not only local residents but also visitors from neighbouring areas and beyond Warsaw.
Homepark Franowo: Sustainable Growth in Poznań
Homepark Franowo continued to build on its stability in 2024 by renewing agreements with key tenants, such as McDonald’s, Smyk, Jysk (with a 500 sqm extension), RTV EURO AGD, and Jula, amounting to nearly 11,000 sqm. Environmental initiatives included upgrading shared spaces with energy-efficient LED lighting, improving customer comfort while reducing energy costs. Decathlon also modernized its space, introducing updated interiors, a refreshed façade, bicycle shelters, and landscaped outdoor sports areas, further enhancing the customer experience.
Homepark Janki: Family-Friendly Upgrades and Expansions
In 2024, Homepark Janki welcomed the IWC Home/Dion showroom (700 sqm), which expanded its offerings with a dedicated Dion brand area. In July, Senpo joined the roster, providing products for healthy sleep, while RTV EURO AGD renewed its lease. These developments added over 2,600 sqm of retail space. Facilities were upgraded with energy-efficient LED lighting, modernized restrooms, and a revamped mother-and-child room, creating a more family-friendly environment.
Homepark Rawa: Stability and Rebranding in Katowice
Homepark Rawa focused on maintaining stability and strengthening tenant relationships in 2024. The Livingroom showroom opened in March, and Bel-Pol extended its agreements, with one of its outlets set to rebrand as Porta by year-end. Spanning 1,300 sqm, these updates reinforce the facility’s status as a vital shopping destination for Katowice and its surrounding areas. Energy-efficient LED lighting upgrades to shared spaces further demonstrated a commitment to sustainability.
Strategic Marketing and Brand Growth
Dynamic social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and tenant engagement have become integral to Homeparks’ strategy. These efforts highlight products, promote offers, and foster customer relationships, enhancing Homeparks’ market presence as welcoming, consumer-oriented spaces.
“Our consistent efforts in expanding our tenant base and enhancing customer experiences have solidified Homeparks’ status as thriving retail destinations,” says Marta Słysz, Leasing Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. “Collaborating with Pradera, we continue to adapt to evolving customer needs, creating exceptional shopping hubs across Poland.”
