Pradera has been managing Homepark Janki,  Homepark Targówek, Homepark Rawa and Homepark Franowo in Poland since Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp was established in 2017.

Totalling over 130,000 sqm GLA, the four assets are now 100% let, save for a small unit at Homepark Targówek in Warsaw.  Amongst the reasons behind this outstanding result are the retail parks’ strategic locations within the urban fringes of Warsaw, Katowice and Poznań, which make them very convenient for customers and extremely attractive to retailers, and a well-thought-out leasing strategy.  Over the years under Pradera’s management, the carefully curated tenant mix has evolved in line with customers’ needs and comprises an extensive selection of home & garden, furniture, electronics, health & beauty, sports and grocery retailers.
