Crudo, meaning “raw” in Italian, continues its rapid expansion in northern Italy and reveals its latest restaurant at Lingotto Shopping Centre.

Fusion dishes combining oriental and western flavours, traditional teppanyaki and tempura dishes, selected craft beers, wines and cocktails can be enjoyed in an elegant, sophisticated setting spanning about 300 square meters.
