Caterina holds a BSc in Urban Planning and an MSc in Real Estate Management, both from Politecnico di Milano. During 2023, she was an intern at Cushman & Wakefield in the Technical Property Management Department.

At Pradera Management Italy her responsibilities include preparing property reports, assisting with external valuations, and supporting with ad hoc financial analysis as required.
