Sustainability is fundamental to the way we create long-term value for our stakeholders.

Over the course of 2022, we largely focused on green certification, sustainable policies, projects generating efficient and renewable energy, and a roll-out of electric vehicle charging stations across our portfolio.

We continued to put Health and Wellbeing in the spotlight on a corporate level, partnered with charities and supported local initiatives. On an asset level, we actively engaged our communities, endorsed our tenants with their charitable events and facilitated humanitarian aid.

In addition, Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp (“PERP”) secured top ranking within its GRESB peer group of the core European retail warehouse sector and recorded a score of 82 in the 2022 real estate assessment. The result was above the GRESB benchmark-wide average score of 74.
