Pradera Announces Promotion of Alfonso Brunet Morales-Arc to Head of Spain

Pradera, the specialist retail real estate fund and asset manager, has promoted Madrid-based Alfonso Brunet Morales-Arce to Head of Spain.

Alfonso will be responsible for leading the further expansion of Pradera’s Iberian portfolio, currently totalling 14 retail properties with a combined value of over €400 million and close to 250,000 sqm GLA.  These figures include the newly awarded asset management contract for the Rivas Futura Retail Park, Madrid, on behalf of Lone Star.

Alfonso joined Pradera Spain in 2006 as Acquisitions Manager and was subsequently promoted to Head of Investment, Spain.  Prior to Pradera, Alfonso spent 8 years at CBRE, where his last role was Head of Logistics RE and National Industrial agency, responsible for the leasing and disposal of commercial real estate across Spain as well as corporate client management.

Colin Campbell, Pradera Chairman, comments: “We see the Iberian peninsula as a key growth market for Pradera. We have been present in Spain for 15 years now and our experience and knowledge of operating in the region makes us well placed to take advantage of the compelling opportunities that exist in the Iberian retail market.”

Pradera is growing its business through further launches of specialist fund vehicles, new separate account mandates and joint venture vehicles as well as consultancy projects in Continental Europe, the UK and Turkey.
