All four HOMEPARK retail parks in Pradera’s Polish portfolio have achieved BREEAM In-Use sustainable building certificates, recognising the portfolio’s strong environmental performance and management standards.

The certified locations include HOMEPARK Targówek Domoteka, HOMEPARK Targówek Stripmall, HOMEPARK Franowo, HOMEPARK Rawa, and HOMEPARK Janki. Four properties achieved an “Excellent” rating in both Building Management and Building Use, and one was rated “Very Good” and “Excellent” respectively.

This achievement highlights Pradera’s continued commitment to improving energy efficiency, user comfort, and responsible resource management across its retail portfolio, and marks significant progress since the previous certification three years ago.
