A significant highlight was the launch of Eastern Garden, which contributed to an exceptional March footfall of 1.6 million – a strong indication of the year’s exciting momentum.
Early 2025 has also seen the rollout of highly engaging campaigns such as Spring Fashion and Beautopia, which have resonated with our visitors and elevated the overall shopping experience.
Now more than ever, brands have a unique opportunity to connect with our diverse and engaged customer base. Pulse, our exclusive Wi-Fi and rewards platform, enables direct digital engagement from the moment customers enter the Centre. With over 261,000 sign-ups and a 31% conversion rate, Pulse is proving to be a powerful channel for brands looking to amplify their reach.
We’ve also made key improvements to enhance the visitor experience, including the opening of our newly refurbished Peel Avenue facilities. In the coming months, we’re excited to welcome new brand arrivals including JD Sports, Gymshark, and Bershka – reinforcing Trafford Centre’s position as a premier destination for retail and leisure.
