Pradera manages a portfolio of six shopping centres in Spain and Italy on behalf of a fund managed by MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP, the UK subsidiary of New York-based Marathon Asset Management LP. The portfolio was formerly owned by the Pradera European Retail Fund 2 and was acquired by MCAP in January 2018.
