Pradera European Retail Parks 2 SCSP

Pradera is currently completing pre-marketing promotional activities to gauge investor appetite with a view to launch Pradera European Retail Parks 2  ("PERP2"): a specialist retail property fund intended to provide investors with the opportunity to invest in retail parks, which offer sound defensive characteristics, in the core countries of Germany, France, Northern Italy and Spain.

At this stage the fund is in its initiation phase and not open to investment. Applications for an investment in the Fund can only be made at the relevant time on the basis of the offering documentation only once they have been available. Any person subscribing for an investment in a Fund must be able to bear the risks involved and must meet the suitability requirements relating to such an investment as your capital may not be secure. Some or all alternative investment programs may not be suitable for certain investors.
