Our approach to investment selection is meticulous. Business plans for entry and exit are constructed on initial evaluation. Our relationship with retailers comes to the fore in evaluating their performance in a considered asset.
Throughout the hold period regular business plan review is maintained via management and our locally-based teams.

We focus first on the general public - the customers who shop in our malls. They are the key to performance for a successful retail asset. If we can provide the right retail offer, ambience and customer experience, then that customer will visit frequently and spend with our retailers. We are after all running a people business!
Having delivered the customers to the retailers, it is important that the former are converted into spending customers. The more we focus on optimising the experience for the customer and his visit converts through to a sale, the more sales and profit that retailer will enjoy.
We spend a considerable amount of time meeting retailers on a weekly basis to understand their needs, store requirements, right sizing requirements and expansion plans, all as part of our asset management approach.
At Pradera we carry deep experience in not only asset management but also through our development team, which enables us to evaluate extensions, refurbishments and ultimately to deliver them on budget and on time to add to our performance delivery.
