Description: Shopping centre comprising 70 retail and restaurant units adjacent to a 16,500 sqm Real hypermarket. As part of its active asset management initiatives, Pradera has downsized the hypermarket to attract major international tenants such as TK Maxx and developed a stand-alone unit of 3,730 sqm for Decathalon; both tenants opened in 2010. In September 2011 a further extension to the centre opened with an area of 3,000 sqm occupied by H&M, Nike and a 24h Chemist.
