Pradera Open-Ended Retail Fund

The Pradera Open-Ended Retail Fund (“POERF”) had its first closing in December 2009.  It targets shopping centres and retail parks in a value range between €30-€70 million across Europe, with a 30% limit on non-Eurozone countries.  The Fund is structured as a German KAG (Publikums-Immobilien-Sondervermögen) with daily unit pricing.  POERF is managed by Pradera Europe.
