Pradera Europe’s first fund, the Pradera European Retail Fund (“PERF”) is invested in shopping centres and retail warehouse parks in Italy, Spain and Greece.  PERF is managed by Pradera Europe.

Investors representing 86.3% of units voted in April 2008 to continue this fund for a further 10 years to 31 December 2018.
