Pradera's first fund, the Pradera European Retail Fund (“PERF”) is invested in shopping centres and retail warehouse parks in Italy, Spain and Greece.

Investors representing 86.3% of units voted in April 2008 to continue this fund for a further 10 years to 31 December 2018.
