In 2009 Pradera entered into a joint venture with AEW Europe and acquired the St. Catherine’s Retail Park in Perth and, more recently, the Phoenix Retail Park in Linwood, the Saltire Retail Park in Glenrothes, Scotland, the Waterton Retail Park in Bridgend, the Gallagher Retail Park in Coventry and the Glencairn Retial Park in Kilmarnock.
