The Pradera Central & Eastern Fund had its first closing in July 2006. It targets out-of-town retail property (shopping centres and retail warehouse parks) with a focus on the central and eastern European markets of Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia.
