Pradera Europe is currently capital raising for the first issue of Units in the Pradera European Retail Fund 3 (“PERF3”).  PERF3 is targeting mass-market shopping centres with a focus on secondary cities across Western Europe with a 30% limit for non-Eurozone countries.  The Fund is structured as a Luxembourg FCP, but will also be approved by BaFin in Germany.
