Pradera Open Ended Retail Fund

The Pradera Open-Ended Retail Fund (“POERF”) is focused on the retail property sector in Europe.  POERF was launched as a German mutual fund in December 2009 and then restructured into a German institutional “Spezialfonds” in April 2013.  The fund currently comprises seven retail properties in the UK, Germany and Poland, with further acquisitions in the pipeline.
