The PERF Spanish portfolio has been consistently outperforming its peers in the Spanish IPD Universe since 2001. In the 2006 IPD Spain report’s Total Return category, the portfolio was ranked first in the year to 31 December 2006 (outperforming the IPD Spanish Universe by 15.5%), first in the annualised 3 years total return (outperforming the IPD Spanish Universe by 8.4% a year), and also first in the annualised 6 years total return (outperforming the IPD Spanish Universe benchmark by 10.1% a year);
IPD, in conjunction with EuroProperty, awarded the Italian PERF portfolio “Specialist Fund: Highest 3 years total return relative to the appropriate sector benchmark to December 2006” (the sector benchmark is IPD Italian Retail Style Benchmark);
In the 2006 IPD Italy report’s Total Return category, the PERF Italian portfolio was ranked first in the annualised 3 years total return (outperforming the IPD Italian Universe by 12.9% a year), and also first in the annualised 5 years total return (outperforming the IPD Italian Universe by 5.8% a year);
PERF was voted Winner in the European Retail Investment Fund category at the Estates Gazette Retail Awards at MAPIC in November 2006;
IPD, in conjunction with EuroProperty, awarded the Spanish PERF portfolio "Specialist Fund: Highest total return relative to the benchmark over 3 years to December 2007" (the benchmark is IPD Spanish Retail Style Benchmark).
