Pradera announces a comprehensive reorganization and rebranding of the company as well as an expansion into new international markets, including the UK.

Pradera’s continental business will now be known as Pradera Europe.  Cadena’s retail investment arm and the Cadena UK Retail Estate Fund management business will be brought under the Pradera brand as Pradera UK.
